This policy explains how Blue Grass Tmi ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use our apps and websites, including Tracker and FamilyBushes.com (together, the "Services"). What we collect

Our legal bases are: performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving the Services, your consent where it is required, and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services, such as hosting, storage and analytics providers (for example Microsoft Clarity), under agreements that require them to protect it, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Data stored only on your device stays there until you delete it or the app.

Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
